Senior Membership
Whether you're picking up a lacrosse stick for the first time or you're a seasoned international player, you're welcome here. Our senior program brings together a diverse mix of players from all over the world — all united by a shared love of the game and a desire to connect, compete, and have fun.

Train With Us
We train Mondays night from 7–9pm at Forsyth Park, Neutral Bay NSW. Don’t have gear? No worries — we’ll provide everything you need to get started. Just bring boots for the grass, comfortable sportswear, and a great attitude.
A Place for Everyone
We support players at every stage of their lacrosse journey. New to the sport? No problem — we’ve got the gear and guidance to get you started. Chasing high-level competition? We’ve got players representing at state and national level, including Field Nationals, Box Nationals and Major League Sixes.
Field Lacrosse – Autumn
The traditional version of lacrosse played outdoors with 10 players per side. Field lacrosse offers a more structured, tactical approach and allows players to specialise in offence or defence. It’s a great way to build game IQ and master positional play.
Sixes Lacrosse – Winter & Spring
The newest and fastest-growing format, Sixes is a full-team attack-and-defend style similar to basketball. With a 30-second shot clock and continuous play, it’s fast-paced but lower impact — making it ideal for new players. Sixes is also the format featured in the upcoming Olympics, and we’re proud to be involved in competitions year-round as it grows in popularity across Australia.
Grow with the Game
While lacrosse may be a smaller sport in NSW, we’re committed to helping every player reach their full potential. With pathways to elite competition and a supportive community atmosphere, there’s no limit to how far you can go.
