Yes. Talented players can trial for state teams and may have opportunities to compete in national championships or development squads.
To get started, all you need is a mouthguard—your club will provide everything else! We have loan equipment available, including sticks and protective gear, so you can try lacrosse without needing to buy anything upfront. This makes it easy and affordable to see if the sport is right for you before committing to your own gear.
Basic equipment includes a lacrosse stick, goggles, mouthguard and grass-appropriate footwear. For players participating in the Men’s league- additional protective gear is required (e.g., helmet, gloves, pads).
Our growing junior programs cater to a range of ages and experience levels, with a focus on fun, skill development and teamwork. Programs currently run in Sydney and Newcastle. Contact us to learn more or find the right fit for your child.
Not at all. Regular training and games are open to players of all skill levels—from complete beginners to those with previous experience. Everyone is welcome. Additional sessions are also available for high-performance players preparing for national tournaments.
